David Parry-Jones has retired from the Somerville Group after 14 years. David became something of a legend. Originally a retail client, he became a sounding board and ultimately a colleague. His corporate experience helped the Group mutate from an insurance broker to a business owner, and it was he who largely fronted up corporate transactions for us. His courtesy, tenacity and experience combined to create an irresistible force. No-one who met him can ever forget the experience. Now 85, he is an example to us all and an embodiment of age being merely a state of mind. All his colleagues and friends at Somerville wish him a long and healthy retirement and thank him for his hard work over the years. – Andrew Cross
