Voyager Insurance Services has received two awards from Feefo, the independent online customer feedback service: The Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation and Feefo’s 100% Trusted Merchant Award. Voyager’s Dreamsaver wedding insurance product scored an impressive 97% customer satisfaction rating, while the company’s main travel insurance website scored an amazing 100% customer satisfaction score. “This is a unique achievement as Voyager is the only UK insurance company to have reached and maintained a 100% rating over 2013,” explains company director, Jonathan Buttery pictured below:
